Randolph gets laughs while serving under Parliment
Lord Randolph resigns when he hears about unneccesary
spending of public funds and his attempts to stop it fail.
Breakfast and of course letting the wife find out about
his resignation by reading the paper instead of hearing it
from him.
Losing his popularity Randolph's takes out his anger
by yelling at his son.
He comes into his son's room to let him know he loves
him and to persuade him into joining the army.
He finds out later that his father is furious about his
test scores on the military exam.
